To the Immigration and Refugee Board

Third Request

After the determination from the Refugee Protection Division under supervision of the tribunal of one person (Deborah Lamont) who desired that cruel and unusual treatment of the Dutch authorities to my person is not a reason for the refugee status in Canada, I made two requests at the Immigration Office at Canada to get my passport and traveling documents back. The only answer was that the Immigration Board will call me. In 6 weeks I may not receive any call nor letter from the Immigration Board.

The motivation of Deborah Lamont was twisted, trivialized or/and ignored to create arguments to find a motivation to reject a claim addressed to, and against a friendly nation. It was clear that my lawyer, Kevin Moore by himself, without consulting me, in front of the council introduced psychologist Les Block. He was not defending my case, but betrayed me in the hearing. They had more to gain by acting in line with the council, and perhaps in collaboration with case Officer D. Wharmby.

This way of betrail gave me the reason to release this lawyer from the case, immediately at the hearing and refuse the Psychologist Les Block as my witness at the hearing. Also the formulation of "notice of decision" is in such an extent that other lawyers than Mr Kevin Moore, declared me that because the formulation there is no opportunity of appeal. A typical act of government officials without any feelings for moral rights and duties.

Blind followers of a feudal government, politics and own interests, regardless their personal social skills and ignoring the good image of their beautiful country and people. It will be time that officials in the so called free, Christian and democratic world using a bit more and better skills and considered moral and to each other respectful rules, than that ones that make themselves hypocrite heroes and for the outer world social angels.

Me and my supporters made a great mistake to come to Canada in the hope to find a correct and honest justice from people with enough social skills that realise that a person that was treated so unlawful by his own government to hide their mistakes that they decide to destroy him in a mental institute or otherwise, and is in his country wrongfully convicted, and because his protest has no more a place to live, and is already four years not more in a position to see his common law spouse and son because we are not entitled to enter the country's where we have to live. Now I have proof and it is clear that you Officials has not that social skills to do human right, I desire to leave your country and start my protest actions with support of my experiences, sympathizers and book in which also the behaviours, attitude and treatment of Canadian officials are mentioned.

I like my passport back, now!! Because this is hostage taking. My English is not good but I hope for Officials ( also those without backbone) sufficiently to understand.
