Plea for the hearing on January 5th 2005. Dartmouth Nova Scotia Canada at the Provincial Detaining Centre If this hearing of I.R.B. (Immigration and Refugee Board) Canada isn't a modern version of an terrible middle ages Tribunal of the Spanish Inquisition, than give me the opportunity to defence myself. Go ahead!! At the 1st of May 2003 I did report myself to I.R.B. in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, to apply for the refugee status as result of cruel and unusual treatment by Dutch government officials. After I handed over my passport and traveling documents I answered all I.R.B. questionnaires properly and truthfully. My case was strong enough to take it seriously, and after a while I was granted with a work permit and social insurance. I found myself a job and became in a timeframe of six months part of a crew of nice people. My employer and co-workers found in me a common and respectable person and we had a pleasant and fruitful time together. All the time I spend in Canada I was never involved in problems, accidents or criminal charges. I lived on my own wages and previously from the money gained from Europe by working hard and doing business. I didn't steel, neither misused others, nor offended the government. Hundreds of declarations from ordinary people in the community and in many countries where I lived, in Holland, Cuba, Spain, Germany, Italy, Curacao, Belgium, Middle East, South America, and now in Canada, as well letters from police chiefs with their apologies, and declarations of respect and good behaviour from former and present employers, proof the view of the public that I generated the revenues to support and maintain your Government and their officials. Nobody, not even the evil parties of Dutch and Canadian governmental officials and their organisations, has lawful nor moral rights to judge me by calling me: "A DANGER FOR THE PUBLIC" The I.R.B. Canada uttered "SLANDER" at the hearing of 29th December 2004 during my disputable detention. A obvious crime committed by officials that shows malice. This because of shameful frustration about their own behaviour against an innocent victim of Justice. Just for the reason to cover up pour motivation for detention. After the I.R.B. reject my claim, I made three requests to get my passport and traveling documents back, in order to leave Canada as soon as possible since I wasn't found welcome. I got no reaction at all, not even after my phone calls and fax messages to the I.R.B. in Edmonton and Calgary. The Dutch Consulate couldn't help me without a passport in my possession. So I was held up in Canada against my will. In spite of the behaviour and trivialized opinion of Canadian and Dutch Officials, the secretary of the Embassy of Spain which received information about my case, ensured me that I would be welcome in Spain for the reason of the unfair teatment and frictions in Canada. So I thought to travel from Canada to the Netherlands and from there to Spain. At last I quited my job, ending the lease of my apartment and gave my furniture to people that could use it. Than I sold my Ford Van and said good bye to my cousin and his wife. They gave me shelter when I came to Edmonton in May 2003. The 18th December 2004 I went on my way to the Dutch Embassy in Ottawa. I don't like to stay in a country were I am found "Not Welcome". On my way to the Dutch Embassy I had a phone call with my cousins wife in Edmonton. She told me that after I left Edmonton on my way to Ottawa she found a letter, addressed to me in her mailbox; a letter from I.R.B. Edmonton. She opened the letter for me and told me about what was the message. I was ordered to be at a hearing on Wednesday 22nd of December, and if I didn't show up, the Immigration Service would give an order to Police for arrest and jail me. Because I was almost in Ottawa and not able to show up in time, I made a phone call to the I.R.B. in Edmonton and tried to explain the situation to Ms. Linda Robinson. She was angry and didn't like to realize that it was I.R.B. Canada that put me in such an impossible situation. This obliged me to take action, so I did. For instance, I didn't appreciate the idea to see myself in a situation of deportation, or being frozen to the street without passport and a plane ticket to whatever place in Europe. Or in the worst case, running out of money. Especially not in a country with a unfriendly and deceiving immigration policy in minus 41 C winter chill. Ms. Robinson told me that she would send the file to the I.R.B. in Ottawa and that I should report myself at there. After my request for my passport or 'Laisser passer' at the Dutch Embassy I went to I.R.B. Ottawa. Both, the Embassy and I.R.B. decided that I had to wait till Friday the 24th December. Again it was clear to me that government officials don't have human skills or feelings for problem solving in relation to their victims. I realized that these officials, specialized in wasting time and taxpayers money, aren't interested to be involved in difficult and shameful situations. It is more in their way of thinking like a "Horse". After all a Horse has a bigger head and stronger backbone to carry the shame. Officials on duty with my case have more time than I do, they have money to survive the long time that partypoopers need to have a simple document signed in order to be able to leave the country. I made a decision and left Ottawa on my way to Halifax, because there was a cargo ship departing every ten days to Belgium. I though that it that was a possibly salvage for my documents, my car and myself. I prepared my luggage, included fifteen kilograms of documents in my case and I went to the Seafarers Mission, and called my supporters in Holland about my planning supposing it to be possible to travel on that ship. Than I made a call to the I.R.B. in Edmonton and told ms. Robinson that I wasn't in Ottawa anymore, but waiting for a ship in Halifax. I thought that she had lost her tongue, but after a while she asked if I had more surprises for her and was wondering in unbelief how that was possible and so fast. Ms. Robinson had never heard of the flying Dutchman!! I told her where she could reach me and after that I went to bring my luggage (and car) on the way to Belgium (to the harbour) and went downtown for my last good supper in Canada. This in the impression that Immigration will find and arrest me for reason of deportation. After all, I wished a fast termination of this situation and told ms. Robinson during my call were I was. On my way back to Seafarers Mission I mentioned the "Pink Panther" investigator mr. Lawrence, Immigration officer who arrested me; "A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC" Are you kidding!!! Jeremiah 10-2;
